These terms govern your use of Aap Order Karo. By creating an account, you agree to them.
Aap Order Karo lets you receive and process customer orders sent via WhatsApp, using a dashboard to review, fulfil, and track them. It's provided on an "as-is" basis, and we may add, change, or remove features over time.
You're responsible for keeping your login credentials and manager PIN secure, and for all activity that happens under your account, including anything done by employee accounts you create. Tell us right away if you suspect unauthorised access.
You agree not to use the service to send unsolicited or abusive messages, to violate WhatsApp's or Meta's own policies, or for any unlawful purpose. We reserve the right to suspend accounts that violate this.
You're responsible for how you collect and use your own customers' information, and for complying with applicable consumer protection and data protection laws in how you run your business. We process customer messages only to provide the service to you, as described in our Privacy Policy.
Some features may require a paid plan. Pricing, billing cycles, and any changes to them will be shown clearly in your account before you're charged.
Aap Order Karo uses automated matching to interpret customer messages, and flags anything ambiguous for your review rather than guessing. Even so, no automated system is perfect — you're responsible for reviewing orders before fulfilling them.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Aap Order Karo is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service, including lost sales, lost data, or business interruption.
You can stop using the service and close your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.
These terms are governed by the laws of India.
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the service after a change means you accept the updated terms.
